A* seller and very helpful

Very honest seller the car was exactly as described. Ed even re-gassed the air-con as he said it could be colder. I would definitely give R U Cars my future business. And would highly recommend them to anybody.

Impressive Experience

Ed is a charismatic dealer with a passion for cars. He has an eclectic stock always well presented. I bought a Mercedes CLS 350 last month in remarkable condition from him - once home I noticed the EML was illuminated so contacted Ed and true to his word he rectified the problem (a faulty exhaust temperature sensor) without fuss. I have just driven the car to Venice and back and it performed faultlessly throughout. In short if you are in the market for a new car I would have no hesitation in recommending R U Cars.

Amazing, Great Customer Service

I went and viewed a Skoda Octavia VRS last Saturday and was met by Ed who was really kind to just let me look around the car I fell in love with it straight away. Ed was very helpful he helped set up my finance and helped sort out part exchange on my old car that was no stress no hassle very easy going. Saturday just gone on the 31/5/25 I picked the car up and was loving the drive home sadly on the way back there was a sensor issue where I rang Ed up straight away to which he said get it back we’ll replace it straight away he fixed the issue and I was on my way. Later that night after driving it for a bit the water pump they replaced seemed to have failed & the engine managment light came on. I messaged Ed straight & without even thinking he was down Sunday on his day off picking the car up & leaving me with a little run around to get about while it was been fixed. Tuesday I got the car back new water pump fitted & has been faultless ever since. The thing is these problems happen and its all about how its dealt with & Ed dealt with it really well to the extent he even drove all the way to me on a Tuesday dinner time to drop the car off so I wasn’t doing any of the work. First time dealing with R U Cars & I really dont think it will be my last time the service & the care that goes into the sale aswell as the after sale is incredible. Thankyou Ed once again amazing bloke & amazing company.

Recently took delivery of a Cooper S from RU cars, first purchase online/phone after 40 years of driving. Process was easy and straightforward, delivery arranged with Ed who was very helpful and accommodating. Car was delivered in showroom condition fully serviced, inspected and previous history supplied, all paperwork completed by Ed just a case of a few signatures. I suspect Ed pride's himself in supplying quality used cars.

Great friendly service

R U cars are a friendly, family run business. The cars sell themselves, there was 0 pressure to buy and and I felt he cared about the cars in stock. I’ll be taking my Alfa there to service and or repair in years to come.

I’ve just traded in a ‘17 Audi S3 for a BMW 320d with R-U-Cars. Honestly, they’re the nicest couple. So down to earth and chatty, not your typical car salesman who’s just after your money. The car is absolutely stunning, the trading process was made really straight forward, honestly just a very comfortable experience overall. I would absolutely recommend them, all of the cars they had there were very clean and well spec’d examples. Can’t thank Ed and his wife enough, very very happy customer here. And it was absolutely lovely to meet Nelly too! Thank you so so much for everything. 10/10 car-buying experience.

Great place to buy a car from

Excellent service, great place to buy a car from. Edd is friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. The car was just as described. I was quite prepared to purchase the car having had a good look over it but Edd insisted I take the car for a test drive. I was even introduced to some of his family including the family pet, they were all so friendly. I would definitely buy from them again.

Relaxed no pressure sales

Happy to accommodate us at short notice on a Sunday, when it’s appointments only. Car was exactly as described. Easy process once decided to buy and they had the car ready to collect with a service & new 12 month MOT within 48 hours. 3 months warranty with option to extend is reassuring.
